Described as “electric Americana with a psychedelic tinge”, Spoondrift has taken the Boston jam band scene by storm with their inspired and contemplative original songs, groove-based improvisation, and energetic covers. Consisting of Mike Sim (guitar, vocals), Jason Oberstein (guitar, vocals), Ian Svagdis (drums, vocals), Alex Lyons (keyboards, vocals), and Alec Hovey (electric bass, vocals), the group was formed out of their love of music and mutual respect for all who blazed the trail before them.
